Border Foods LLC in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking an Area Coach to oversee multiple Taco Bell locations and drive exceptional operations. You will lead General Managers, manage P&L, recruiting, training, and guest satisfaction while reinforcing Border Foods CORE values: Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, Empowerment.

Required Or Preferred Experience

Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.

• Experience of at least 3 years with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Required when needed, the ability to work early in the morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands may change.
• Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant/Hospitality Management or Business Management a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance, we do require significant business driving and must maintain an acceptable driving record (MVR).
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
