Qualifications

• 7 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper.
• 5 years' supervisor experience.
• Experience with professional janitorial services is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate in English; bilingual a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Houston and surrounding areas.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Flexible and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train cleaners on ServiceMaster’s standards, products, processes and procedures.
• Travel to Houston areas to inspect facilities and train staff.
• Clean buildings and manage upkeep of restrooms and surfaces.
• Oversee staff performance and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Assist in hiring and staffing for the assigned area.
• Provide feedback through inspections and coaching.
