ProAg, a member of Tokio Marine HCC, is seeking an Area Claims Supervisor to lead Crop Insurance Adjusters across Ohio. The role focuses on coaching, performance reviews, workload management, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

ProAg is looking for a dynamic Area Claims Supervisor to lead and support Crop Insurance Adjusters across Ohio to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant claims handling.
This role oversees adjuster performance, training, workload distribution, and expense management while maintaining strong knowledge of federal and state crop insurance regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Working closely with Claims Management, Compliance, Marketing, and Underwriting, the Area Claims Supervisor serves as a key escalation point for complex claims and agent concerns and plays an active role in developing talent and supporting business strategies.
The position requires frequent travel and the ability to effectively lead and support a remote, field-based team.

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 which includes geographic adjustments, where applicable.
The pay range is the range THMCC, in good faith, believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
The hired applicant will be offered pay within the entire range based on the candidate’s geographic location, qualifications, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
