Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a dependable caregiver (ACT) to provide in-home support across client homes. The role offers variety, flexible hours, and a friendly work atmosphere, with opportunities for advancement.

The care team delivers personal support, companionship, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, and meal prep while documenting activities and communicating changes. Daily Pay is available.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Active CNA or PCA license (preferred) OR Willing to become PCA.
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance.
• Clean background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel to client homes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers
• Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in client condition
• Responding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas
