Hilton Milwaukee, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, seeks an Area Accounting Supervisor to support internal stakeholders and vendors while ensuring accurate billing and revenue reporting. The role aligns with a recent hotel renovation, offering exposure to a premier downtown Milwaukee property.

You will handle AR-related tasks, approve timely billing, and balance daily revenue, contributing to a robust guest experience at the city’s largest hotel connected to the Baird Center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year of customer service or accounts receivable experience
• Frequent travel between downtown Milwaukee locations
• Able to work independently and in a team; fast-paced, high-volume setting; focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Strong documentation, research, and data analysis abilities

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to customer inquiries and document all communications
• Ensure billing is completed accurately and on time
• Review and balance daily revenue; update and correct reports as needed
• Provide support for accounts receivable processes
• Reconcile parking account transactions for designated areas
• Assist with auditing income for assigned areas
