Area Accounting Clerk - Dulles Region - Starting at $22/hour

This position supports 4 properties in the Dulles Region located in Chantilly, Sterling, and Herndon, with work location rotating among these properties.

Responsibilities
  1. Financial: Follow accounting procedures for accounts receivable and payable, manage cash handling, bank deposits, general ledger, and assist with other projects.
  2. Cost Control: Use equipment and supplies appropriately, adhere to cost controls to reduce waste.
  3. Guest Service: Respond to guests positively and promptly, work as a team, and follow guest service recovery programs.
  4. Safety/Risk Management: Maintain a safe work environment, follow procedures for incidents, and be familiar with emergency protocols.
  5. Self Management: Plan and prioritize work, adhere to policies and attend meetings.
Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in Accounts Payable, Receivable, Fosse, and PEP.
  • High School diploma or GED required; two-year accounting degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills, detail-oriented, customer-focused, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
