AbbVie seeks a field-based Market Access Lead to direct regional objectives, craft local strategies using influence mapping, and manage customer contracts. You will collaborate with internal teams, monitor KPIs, and drive growth across payer, practice, and institutional accounts.

The role requires travel to customer locations and periodic visits to the Chicago HQ, with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k), and long-term incentives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years sales management experience.
• Healthcare account management experience with Group Practice/Payor/Institutional exposure preferred.
