If you’re a reliable, caring, and hardworking caregiver, we at Assisting Hands would love to talk to you about joining our team of skilled caregivers who share our passion for helping seniors. We have available night shifts starting now on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Note that these shifts require you to be awake and attentive throughout.

· You are an experienced, reliable caregiver committed to being there for your clients;
· You live in North County San Diego;
· You have a driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Primary Duties:
Our caregiver team members are responsible for providing personal care that improves or maintains the quality of our clients’ lives. Duties include:
  1. Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment within the client’s home, including light cleaning, laundry, and tidying up.
  2. Performing personal care activities as listed in the client’s Plan of Care, such as assisting with hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, shaving, and transfers.
  3. Making meals and providing nutritional support.
  4. Documenting and reporting changes in the client’s physical and mental condition.
  5. Assisting the client with self-administration of medication.
Qualifications:
HCA Registration (we can assist you in becoming registered if needed); experience in client homes or care facilities; strong interpersonal skills; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
