Arden Beauty Advisor - Full Time - West Town

The Cosmetic Beauty Advisor reports to the Sales Team Manager/Store Manager and ensures the uniform execution of the Belk direction within their store.

Responsibilities

1. Sales: Responsible for meeting or exceeding personal sales goals, demonstrating excellent selling skills and customer service, executing promotions, driving sales through clienteling, working with management to optimize business, achieving sales targets, and reducing shrinkage.
2. Customer Service: Responsible for meeting or exceeding service goals, handling transactions efficiently, providing high customer satisfaction, building clientele, and protecting customer information.
3. General Responsibilities: Maintain store standards, unpack merchandise, set up promotional signage, follow procedures for inventory and system operations, adhere to dress standards, cooperate with team, comply with store policies, and accept additional duties as needed.
