The Stepping Stones Group in Keller, TX is seeking an ARD Manager (SPED) to lead ARD/IEP processes and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. This full-time role offers meaningful impact on student outcomes and professional growth.

You will coordinate special education services, ensure compliance with TEA standards, and provide mentorship to school staff while supporting families and students through coordinated planning and responsive leadership.

• TEA EC-12 certification is required.
• ARD facilitation experience is required.

What We're Looking For:

• Special Education EC-12 certification through TEA
• Previous school-based experience
• Previous ARD Facilitation experience
