Job summary

ASRC Energy Services, LLC on the North Slope of Alaska seeks a Seasonal Warehouseman to support the Willow Project. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, offloading trucks, and coordinating with Material Planners and crews to ensure timely material flow.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, NSTC safety certification, SAP/Excel proficiency, and the ability to work 84 hours per week in 2x2 or 3x3 rotations.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid (U.S issued) Driver's License is required.
• A NSTC safety training certification is required.
• The ability to work 84 hours a week on a 2x2 or 3x3 rotation is required.
• At least three (3) years of experience handling warehouse functions (receiving, inspection, stocking, staging, packaging, inventory, shipping, delivery).
• At least three (3) years of experience rigging and offloading trucks with pipes, equipment, and palletized loads.
• Experience with SAP, Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.

Responsibilities

• Support material deliveries with timely and accurate handling.
• Assist with safe offloading, handling, and staging of materials.
• Coordinate with planners, maintenance, and craft leads to return excess materials to stock or dispose.
• Use SAP/Excel to track material status and document transfers, staging, and issuance.
• Interface with client and company personnel across production, engineering, construction, maintenance and purchasing.
