Job summary

Worley Group, Inc. seeks a Seasonal Driver/Operator for the North Slope, December 2026–April/May 2027, with potential for long-term work. Expect a rotational schedule of 84 hours per week (40 straight, 44 OT) driving on ice roads with various equipment types.

The role requires loading/unloading on flatbeds, securing cargo, pre/post-trip checks, and adherence to DOT regulations in extreme Arctic conditions. On-site meals and lodging provided; company transport Anchorage–Prudhoe Bay; PPE supplied.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; NSTC certification preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL with doubles endorsements and DOT medical card.
• 3–5 years of experience operating heavy equipment on Arctic sites.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive tractor-trailer combinations on ice roads and Arctic routes.
• Secure, transport, and unsecure loads on flatbeds; perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Maintain equipment and communicate with foreman for route planning.
• Attend safety meetings and follow Worley safety protocols.
