Job Description

Schedule:

• Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Overtime may be required.

Work setting: In-person

Responsibilities vary by experience level:

• Have woodworking knowledge for framing, similar to residential construction.
• Use templates and free-hand framing for van interiors to prepare for spray foam application.
• Use standard hand tools essential for framing.
• Construct, install, and repair installation kits safely.
• Have or develop spray foam process knowledge; training provided.
• Willingness to use PPE and equipment for spray foam insulation.

Additional responsibilities based on level:

• Journeyman: Measure, mark, and layout based on prints; cut and shape structures.
• Expert: Aid in cross-training others; share knowledge and skills.
