The CIP will operate the FMS simulator, deliver academic and simulator training, and collaborate with Finnish Air Force personnel to ensure mission readiness.

The role requires active secret clearance with SAP access, extensive fighter flight time, and experience delivering pilot academics.

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance with SAP access is required.
• Fighter flight time in 4th/5th generation aircraft.
• Experience delivering military pilot academics and simulator training.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide academic training through EML and ICW.
• Support Lockheed Martin initiatives and policies as directed.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and program requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Instruct pilots in flight procedures; prepare lesson plans; track training progress.
• Monitor student performance and maintain training records.
