Job Description

The Role: Archive Services Representative - Media Transfer Project (Temporary)

This is a project-based role supporting physical media asset reduction and transfer. The representative will assist with retrieving, disposing, and transferring high volumes of physical media assets, working with the Archive Services team to accurately prepare, track, and coordinate purge and transfer operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Locating and retrieving physical media assets for disposal.
  • Organizing, preparing, and tracking large-volume asset disposals.
  • Locating and retrieving media assets for facility transfer.
  • Organizing, preparing, tracking, and transferring assets to a new facility.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Support onsite physical media operations at two locations in Connecticut.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a drive to excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or similar data applications.
  • Dependability and effective time management.

Please note: Project assignment associates are engaged temporarily for specific projects and are hired through a third-party vendor for up to 18 months.

Compensation

Contract Hourly Pay Rate: $32.00
