Job summary

You will report to the Domestic Remote Senior Imaging Manager and work independently on focused, repetitive tasks with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with scanning and editing equipment, procedures and materials.
• Background in Photography, Library and Archives, or History is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Capture digital images of documents as specified.
• Perform quality audits on scanned rolls before transmission.
• Enter data into spreadsheets and report progress.
• Deliver or transmit images to the corporate office.
• Coordinate machine maintenance with third-party hardware service providers.
• Perform basic image enhancement and file organization tasks.
• Maintain relationships with partners to protect the image and mission.
• Handle miscellaneous project tasks as they arise.
