Job summary

Goodwyn Mills Cawood is seeking an Architecture Project Manager for its Mobile, Alabama office. The project manager will support ongoing design and construction efforts, assisting architects in document production and project management across multiple assignments.

The role requires advanced AutoCAD skills, ability to coordinate with consultants and AHJs, and occasional travel for as-built surveys. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent (preferred).
• 5+ years of technical and construction document production experience.
• Extensive understanding of building codes, construction methods, and building systems.
• Experience with architectural product systems and A&E standards.

Responsibilities

• Involved in all stages of design and construction and assist Architects in producing documents and managing projects.
• Network with outside consultants/AHJs to drive project progress.
• Produce construction documents and manage drawings from multiple projects.
• Meet deadlines and coordinate multi-project deliverables.
