Role Location: Pleasanton, CA

Role Purpose: Ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Role Description:

You will be managing multiple projects, coordinating all aspects of assigned projects, and estimating scope of work. You will prepare strategic plans for project success and be responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. You are the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion to the client’s satisfaction. This will require you to work closely with external consultants such as structural engineers, MEP (mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineers, and other specialists to integrate their input into the architectural design. We pride ourselves in being good listeners and problem solvers for our clients. We help guide the users on different plans to bring their vision to life.

You will actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments. You will estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts.

Quality control is a high priority in our company; we are thorough in our documentation and coordination. You will be reviewing drawings and documents to identify and resolve discrepancies or conflicts. We maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all drafted materials. The Senior Architect and Principal will also review your team’s project drawings and assist you in learning the PHD way. You will have your team implement revisions and updates as necessary based on feedback from the principal and project stakeholders.
