Job summary

BaseDynamics in Las Vegas is seeking an Architecture Manager to oversee the design and construction of buildings, ensuring they meet client requirements. You will lead a team of architects and designers and coordinate with contractors, engineers and other professionals involved in the project.

Responsibilities include developing plans and drawings, reviewing proposals and budgets, selecting materials, monitoring site progress, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD software for creating architectural designs.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities
