Job summary

VitalEssence Spa in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to oversee all phases of architectural projects from concept to construction. You will lead a team of architects and designers, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate has a degree in architecture, at least 5 years of experience, strong knowledge of codes, and proven management leadership with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of architecture experience including management.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Experience leading multiple projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple architecture projects simultaneously from conception to completion.

Our architectural firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Las Vegas As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architecture projects from initial concept development to final construction You will work closely with our team of architects and designers as well as clients and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management as well as excellent leadership and communication skills

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently
• Prior experience working with clients
• Must be willing to work flexible hours when necessary

Salary $900 per month negotiable based on experience
