Experience leading complex, multi-project portfolios.

Responsibilities

Support Architecture Management strategy and enable scalable delivery.
Shape AOR strategy and assignments based on capacity and business needs.
Lead consultant partnerships, onboarding, mentorship, and performance.
Provide architectural leadership across design, constructability, codes, and standards.
Partner with Design, Prototype, Engineering, Construction, and business teams.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of consultants.
Oversee consultant contracts, fees, and performance expectations.
Drive continuous improvement across the partner network.
