Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking Architecture Interns to collaborate with project teams of architects, designers and engineers on a variety of projects, including corporate, healthcare, research, and government sectors. You will assist in design, construction documentation and specification development, and may participate in client presentations, programming, and construction administration.

Qualifications

• Pursuit of Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program in a field related to the work done in the department.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 strongly preferred.
• Prior internship and/or related consulting experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, construction documentation and specification development.
• Support client presentations, programming, shop drawing reviews and construction administration.
• Collaborate with project teams of architects, designers and engineers on diverse projects.
• Contribute to solving technical problems and growing within the field.
