The Beck Group in Fort Lauderdale is seeking Architectural Interns to join our summer program. This entry-level internship offers exposure to design and construction processes, with mentorship from seasoned architects.

You will work from the designs of others and perform routine architectural tasks using SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop as core tools. Responsibilities include rendering, client graphics, construction documents, and participation in owner meetings.

Qualificações

• Beck Internship program for architecture students, entry-level role.
• Students in final undergraduate years preferred.
• Experience with Revit, Rhino and SketchUp is preferred.

What you bring to the table

Beck is looking for Architectural Interns to join extraordinary teams across our offices during the 2026 Summer Internship Program. This is an entry-level internship position in the Architectural career path for current students interested in Architecture. Under general supervision, this candidate will work from the design of others and performs routine architectural assignments. Beck is one of the most advanced users of 3D modeling tools in the design process, so the candidate should be comfortable using SketchUp, Revit and Photoshop. The job may involve the following essential functions:

• Assist in design rendering
• Assist in producing graphics and presentations for clients
• Generate renderings in different technologies
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents
• Participate in owner meetings
• Assist in the preparation of meeting minutes
• Learn and understand the design process
• Participate in our Intern Design Competition
• Enjoy working in a team environment

A person with the willingness to learn and be mentored under-talented Architects and design staff, while also having a passion to get things done, and possesses uncompromising authenticity and integrity. An individual with an interest in the integrated project delivery method and an interest in being innovative in process improvement and technology will be an ideal candidate for this position.

Requirements

• High school or College/University student
• Students in their fourth or fifth year of College/University preferred
• Revit, Rhino, and SketchUp experience preferred

Physical Demands: Frequently operates a computer and other office equipment; ability to coordinate and participate in client meetings; constantly communicates with project team and related parties; ability to maintain best practices related to architectural design and production; ability to adhere to consistent attendance. May require travel or colocation. Walking frequently around the office or outdoors may be required. Ability to carry large plans or boxes in excess of 10 lbs.
