Job summary

University of Virginia seeks an Advancement Associate to join the School of Architecture's development team. The role provides administrative support, processes expenses, and assists with donor materials and reporting. Hybrid schedule with on-site meetings and remote work as needed.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM databases and event software. Travel may be required; located in Charlottesville, VA region.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree with three or more years of office experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the development team.
• Assist with travel and expense reimbursement, event preparation, scheduling, data entry, and reporting.
• Support donor visits, correspondence, and portfolio management.
• Process expenses and reimbursements for development officers in a timely manner.
• Generate and track reports and assist with Salesforce, Events Planner, and Tableau usage.
