Ballinger is seeking a Designer II to collaborate with team members through the complete design and construction process. This position specializes in the design and planning of healthcare, academic and research facilities, working closely with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and translate them into detailed drawings and specifications.
Our interdisciplinary teams collaborate on solutions that require a synthesis of disciplines. This role is based in our Philadelphia, PA headquarters at 1650 Arch Street with three (3) days per week in office and a flexible, hybrid work schedule.
