The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, demonstrates excellent English communication, and can work independently with strong attention to detail. Relocation to Akron is required, and a visa is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural design software.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience on construction sites is preferred but not required.
• Pakistani nationality preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to relocate to Akron, USA.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural drawings and models using AutoCAD or other software.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements.
• Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design plans are accurate and feasible.
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
