SummitLab, an architecture firm based in Akron, seeks an experienced Architectural Technologist to create and implement technical drawings and plans for construction projects and oversee the technical aspects of projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field and a minimum of 3 years of architectural technology experience, with proficiency in CAD software and knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

Qualifications

We are a leading architecture firm based in Akron and we are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for creating and implementing technical drawings and plans for construction projects as well as overseeing the technical aspects of projects.

• Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to develop project plans

• Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and quality control
• Assist in project management tasks such as budgeting and scheduling

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field

Salary $1100 per month negotiable based on experience

Preference will be given to candidates who have their own visa or have the ability to obtain one This is not a strict requirement but is preferred
