Join the Largest Manufacturer of Tile and Natural Stone in North America

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a dynamic Architectural Sales Representative to expand our market presence. This role involves managing all sales activities from lead generation to closing, across both specified and unspecified projects. The successful candidate will develop and execute an approved marketing plan to meet personal and business objectives.

Primary Objective:

Increase commercial sales within the designated territory by engaging with Architects, Designers, and National Accounts to secure proprietary specifications for Dal-Tile.

Major Functions and Scope:
  1. Travel throughout assigned regions to meet with current and prospective clients, including Architects, Designers, Developers, General Contractors, and National Accounts.
  2. Establish and nurture relationships with the top 20 architectural and design firms.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with National Accounts, including follow-ups and reporting.
  4. Promote new products during sales calls.
  5. Organize regular product knowledge seminars for architectural and design firms.
  6. Gain in-depth knowledge of all Dal-Tile products, related products, and installation methods.
  7. Track and report meeting outcomes consistently and effectively.
  8. Maintain communication with SSC staff regarding future orders and sample needs.
  9. Schedule and conduct Large Project Tracking meetings in a timely manner.
  10. Update and replenish product displays with local A&D firms.
  11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Experience and Knowledge Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience engaging with the A&D community or in B2B sales.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Basic computer literacy
