EUA, based in Atlanta, seeks a Project Specialist to contribute to the technical development of projects under a Project Manager. The role emphasizes applying architectural techniques, evaluating criteria, reviewing submittals, and coordinating with consultants on diverse client and market types.

You will assist in field observations, document set assembly, and the preparation of information for specifications, leveraging BIM tools like Revit to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Unlicensed or pursuing architectural licensure.
• Has experience with detailing and building systems.
• Experience assembling project document sets.
• Proactive, self-directed project work and problem solving.
• Proficient in BIM software, especially Revit.
• Actively coordinates with consultants.
• Experience with construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Develops the technical development of a project and applies architectural techniques and criteria.
• Reviews submittals and observes architectural features in the field.
• Assists with writing reports and generating information for specifications.
• Coordinates with consultants and supports the Project Manager.
• Works under the direction of a Project Manager.
