RGS Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate and manage architectural projects in the Waterford, PA area.

This role focuses on non-IT project management within architectural railing and metal fabrication, requiring strong communication and leadership across multidisciplinary teams. You will oversee scheduling, budgets, and client communications, collaborating with engineers and senior management to resolve issues and optimize project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/Bluebeam and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering, workflow, budget, field verification, and scheduling of assigned project from start to finish.
• Serve as liaison between RGS and client/installers; lead project meetings.
• Collaborate to create action plans and estimates for products, time, install labor, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety policies, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and Shipping on timelines and BOMs.
• Prepare progress reports and support project closeout documentation.
