Job summary

ACS Architectural Construction Services, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead projects from planning to construction completion in Milwaukee, WI.

You will coordinate schedules, communicate with clients and consultants, and guide the creation of architectural and construction documents. The role requires knowledge of LEED, building codes, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms, and project management software.

Qualifications

• Project scheduling, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to review, interpret, and coordinate detailed design and documentation.
• Experience managing submittals, RFIs, and construction-phase documentation.
• Knowledge of LEED principles; certification efforts preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Management; licensure a plus.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards for retail/hospitality.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms, and project management software.
• Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with national or multi-site retail/hospitality clients is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural projects from initial planning through construction completion.
• Coordinate project schedules and deliverables across internal teams, clients, and consultants.
• Guide development of architectural and construction documents.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and facilitate problem-solving.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the team.
