Job summary

Eppstein Uhen Architects, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Architectural Project Manager with 5+ years of PM experience and a licensed architect credential (or equivalent) to lead a range of architectural projects.

You will oversee client contact, budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, and CA code compliance, mentor project staff, and collaborate with the Studio Director and Practice Leader.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (or equivalent industry experience) with PM experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong technical, business and interpersonal skills.
• Oversight of client contact, budgeting, scheduling and design coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer a number of projects with varying scope.
• Lead client contact, contracts, budgeting and scheduling.
• Coordinate design and CA code compliance across phases.
• Mentor project architects and other team members.
