Job summary

Stone River Architects in Bedford, NH is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead projects from concept through construction, coordinating teams and serving as the main client contact. The role offers real ownership, visibility, and impact within a collaborative, down-to-earth culture.

Ideal candidates hold a B.Arch/M.Arch, have project leadership experience, and are proficient with Revit and common project management tools.

Qualifications

• Professional Architecture degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) required.
• Licensure or progress toward licensure is a plus.
• Experience leading projects at an architectural firm is essential.
• Strong organizational and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage multi-phase projects with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from design through construction administration.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, and design teams.
• Own project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to keep on track.
• Ensure quality control and technical accuracy across phases.
• Lead client meetings and collaborative planning sessions.
• Mentor architectural staff and foster a positive team culture.
