Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Architecture license is required.
• 15+ years of experience in architectural project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication to assign work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; SketchUp and Adobe CS are pluses.
• Knowledge of building codes and client service standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Project Architect and project team to ensure high-quality docs.
• Ensure project completion on time and within budget.
• Organize the architectural/engineering teams for coordinated work.
• Mentor junior staff with oversight of assignments.
• Maintain positive client relationships and regular progress updates.
• Provide technical guidance to the project team.
• Support supervision and delegation by Principal Architect.
• Lead construction administration meetings with contractors and owners.
