Job summary

Pfluger Architects is seeking a Project Manager to lead architectural projects from design through construction. The role requires coordinating the project team, maintaining schedules and budgets, and communicating with clients, contractors, and consultants.

The PM will transition projects from design to construction with guidance from a Senior PM. Ideal candidates have experience in educational projects, proficiency in Revit, and strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing all phases of architectural projects.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential; Bluebeam and Microsoft Office are preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with educational projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of project team, setting schedules, budgets, and programs.
• Coordinate with client, contractor, and consultants to ensure project progression.
• Monitor timelines, identify risks, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Facilitate design input and maintain effective client communication.
• Attend and lead stakeholder and owner-architect-contractor meetings.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, ASIs, COs, and PRs.
• Monitor project expenses and manage budgets for profitability.
• Conduct site visits and provide detailed observation reports.
