Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• 8–12 years of professional architecture experience focused on commercial/multifamily projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management, presentation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior architecture concepts for multi-family and commercial projects.
• Produce detailed construction drawings and 3D Revit models.
• Execute space planning and layout strategies to meet client needs and code requirements.
• Select finishes and interior specifications with attention to durability and aesthetics.
• Prepare and deliver compelling design presentations to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors through project phases.
