Responsibilities

How You Will Make An Impact

Lead the technical development of architectural drawing packages, supporting projects from preliminary design through construction documentation.

Produce accurate architectural plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD.

Translate conceptual sketches, site measurements, and architectural design requirements into coordinated, buildable documentation.

Coordinate architectural details with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines to identify and resolve design conflicts.

Review construction drawings for technical accuracy, completeness, consistency, and constructability.

Experience developing architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and coordinated drawing sets.

Familiarity with building code research and application, including the International Building Code (IBC) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility requirements.

Experience documenting existing building conditions and preparing accurate as-built drawings.

Ability to coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
