Job description

Architectural Project Designer

Design the Spaces That Shape Real-World Environments

Are you ready to take ownership of your designs and see them built? We’re seeking an Architectural Project Designer who thrives on contributing to large-scale commercial and industrial projects—from early concepts through construction.

This is more than a production role. You’ll be deeply involved in every phase of the design process, collaborating with experienced project managers, multidisciplinary teams, and clients—while building a portfolio of impactful, high-visibility work.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and contribute to projects from concept through construction (SD, DD, CD phases)
  • Develop high-quality architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Build, manage, and coordinate Revit models to produce accurate, constructible document sets
  • Partner with project managers on scope, schedules, and deliverables
  • Apply knowledge of building codes and construction methods to real-world designs
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across disciplines
  • Participate in client discussions from early design through project completion
  • Offer creative, practical solutions throughout design development
  • Work on both new construction and renovation/adaptive reuse projects
  • Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
What You Bring
  • Strong foundation in architectural design and documentation
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and working (or advanced) knowledge of Revit Architecture
  • Experience with commercial and/or industrial projects (beyond small-scale retail)
  • Solid understanding of building codes and construction practices
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
  • Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback
  • High level of accountability, initiative, and pride in your work
Nice to Have
  • Experience with renovation or adaptive reuse projects
  • Exposure to project coordination or delivery management
  • Confidence interacting directly with clients
  • Internship or early-career experience working in Revit on live projects
Why Join Us
