Overview

Architectural Project Manager — Miami, FL & Jacksonville, FL. We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Architectural Project Manager to join our client’s dynamic team in Miami and Jacksonville, FL. This role is ideal for a creative leader who thrives on managing complex architectural projects from concept through completion. You will oversee scope, schedule, and budget while leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering strong client relationships. Your leadership will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with regulatory and design standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural projects through all phases—from conceptual design to construction completion—ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing consistent updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns proactively.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to integrate all disciplines into a cohesive project vision.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive work environment through effective communication and team leadership.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and project challenges with agility and strategic thinking.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, safety standards, and zoning regulations.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Oversee quality control to ensure design deliverables meet internal and client standards for accuracy and excellence.
  • Review construction documents and submittals to ensure consistency with design intent and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Manage project financials, including cost tracking, invoice approvals, and profitability analysis.
  • Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or budget overruns.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, presentations, and client engagement.
  • Lead project closeout activities, including punch list resolution and post-occupancy evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and future opportunities.
  • Promote continuous improvement by applying lessons learned to future projects.
