DClugston has an opening for a Project Manager position. The ideal candidate will lead large design teams for technically sophisticated projects. The Project Manager role involves both client-facing and team-facing responsibilities and has tremendous growth potential.
Oversee all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design, documentation, and construction administration.
Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions.
Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Manage project teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with various stakeholders including engineers, contractors, and interior designers for seamless project execution.
Implement business development strategies to expand client relationships and secure new projects.
Utilize tools like Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.
Forecast and organize project team for design, development, production and project document delivery.
Coordinate with consultants, team members and the client.
Successfully execute projects by following Page’s and Owner’s protocols and procedures in order to reach the best solution.
Develop strong client, consultant and collaborator relationships.
Understand budget, code and jurisdictional requirements.
Provide mentorship and guidance to project team.
Collaborate on project fee development and project proposals.
