  • Coordinate effectively with outside consultants engaged on the project.
  • Attend project meetings and site visits and produce written minutes and field reports.
  • Take part in building condition assessments and on-site field verification.
  • Help develop project renderings and other visual communication materials.
  • Serve as a mentor and resource to Emerging Professionals and Architectural Designer I staff.
  • Partner closely with project leadership and team members to drive successful outcomes.
  • Use a disciplined, concept-driven design process to support and defend decisions.
Required Skills
  • Experience guiding clients through the conceptual design phase to the delivery of the final Construction Documents.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior staff.
  • Strong command of 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic design tools; REVIT experience is required.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam Revu, and BIM360.
  • Familiarity with building materials, construction methods, specifications, and applicable codes.

  • Comfort operating both independently and as a contributing team member.
Qualifications
