HC Solutions Group is partnering with a growing, design-driven architecture firm to identify a Senior Project Manager for its Charlotte office. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a firm known for delivering thoughtful, high-performing environments that directly support client success.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving project delivery, leading teams, and helping shape internal processes and standards. The Senior Project Manager will operate at both a strategic and hands-on level, guiding projects from early design through construction while ensuring clarity, accountability, and consistent execution across all phases.

Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from concept through construction documentation, permitting, and construction administration
  • Manage project teams, production efforts, and drawing set development
  • Maintain full accountability for project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases
  • Review drawings for quality, coordination, and constructability
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level staff
  • Establish and reinforce internal standards, workflows, and best practices
  • Anticipate project challenges and proactively implement solutions
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to process improvements within the studio
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
  • Strong experience in an architecture or design-build firm environment

  • Proficiency in Revit and production workflows
