Job summary

SERA Architects Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to organize and lead smaller projects under the guidance of a PIC or Senior PM. You will manage resources, communications, schedules, and budgets, directing owners, staff, and consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget while upholding the design intent and contract requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration, adherence to standards, and development of leadership and project management skills within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree from an accredited program; Architectural license preferred.
• Typically 4–7 years of experience in architecture/project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and coordinating project teams under supervision.
• Help define project goals and objectives with the client and project team.
• Support preparation of contracts and negotiations with consultants.
• Track scope, schedule, and fees with supervision for larger projects.
• Assist in developing project scope, fees, and proposals; grow toward independent development for smaller projects.
• Coordinate with owners, consultants, and jurisdictions for approvals and compliance.
• Maintain project data in accounting and reporting systems.
• Support adherence to design standards, documentation, and Revit usage.
