HPI Architecture is looking for an Architectural Project Manager for their Newport Beach location. You will oversee projects from day one to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and quality control while managing financial performance in the Housing or Education sector.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, project management experience, and knowledge of architectural design. A competitive salary and benefits package, including medical and 401(k), are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related project management experience, preferably in the Education Sector.
• Professional license and LEED accreditation preferred.
• Experience in managing project financial performance and ensuring fiscal responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects and communicate objectives, scope, budget, and schedule.
• Define resources to ensure smooth design and documentation processes.
• Prepare fee proposals and negotiate contracts.
