Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is assisting in recruiting an Architectural Project Designer for growth-focused opportunities in Harmonville, PA.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, a degree in architecture, and strong AutoCAD/Revit skills. The ideal candidate will contribute across all design phases, prepare renderings, and collaborate with teams and consultants to deliver successful commercial and mixed-use projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• 4+ years of relevant project design experience
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Actively pursuing licensure / AXP preferred
• Clear path to Project Architect / Project Manager roles
• Exposure to client interaction and presentations
• Opportunities to mentor junior staff and develop leadership skills
• Hands-on experience with full project lifecycle management

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of design – concept, schematic, design development, and construction documents
• Develop creative design solutions for commercial and mixed-use projects
• Produce renderings, models, and presentations to communicate design intent
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project success
• Support construction administration efforts and coordinate with project leadership
