Job summary
NetJets is seeking an architectural coordinator to support real estate project growth by improving efficiency and ensuring alignment among stakeholders. You will plan designs, negotiate with contractors, and ensure projects meet codes and deadlines while reducing rework.
The role requires design expertise, strong coordination skills, and experience with AutoCAD/REVIT to develop accurate drawings and renderings. Based in Columbus, this position focuses on NetJets corporate standards and site maps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering or Business or equivalent
- Associate’s degree in Engineering/Construction/Architecture or Drafting technology (2 years)
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and REVIT is required
- Knowledge of National CAD standards and design manuals
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Engineering, Construction or Architecture
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project stakeholders including contractors, vendors, architects and engineers
- Prepare design options and feasibility studies
- Select contractors and vendors; negotiate contracts
- Assist in design processes; ensure compliance with codes and regulations
- Develop project plans: scope, timeline and budget; identify risks and mitigation strategies
