Job summary

PulteGroup, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Project Agent to join our Carmel, IN team. This full-time onsite role focuses on producing, revising, and maintaining architectural construction drawings in CAD, with emphasis on accuracy across plan sheets and timely updates.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of architecture/construction experience, knowledge of residential construction techniques, and strong communication. Proficiency in ACAD, Word, and Excel is required; BIM is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with residential building techniques and codes.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and AutoCAD; BIM is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Produce, revise, and maintain architectural construction drawings in CAD.
  • Apply redlines, engineering markups, and design changes accurately across all plan sheets.
  • Maintain plan versions, documentation, and drawing standards.
  • Collect and organize project information from internal teams and consultants.
  • Prepare drawing packages for reviews, permitting, construction, and vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate plan updates with engineering, product development, construction, and purchasing.
  • Support Field teams by addressing architectural questions and resolving plan discrepancies.
  • Assist in maintaining drafting standards, templates, and process improvements.
  • Track tasks, manage deadlines, and communicate status on assigned plan updates.
  • Apply basic building code and compliance requirements within plan updates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
