Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. seeks an Architectural Product Manager to drive product specifications and sales across NC, SC, and VA.

The role is based in Cary, NC, and focuses on engaging architects, developers, and contractors to specifications and project wins. You will lead regional sales initiatives, manage pipelines across a multi-state territory, and collaborate with internal teams to position products effectively in the commercial market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of architectural sales experience.
• Existing relationships within the commercial architectural market.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

Precision Walls Inc one of the nations leading specialty contractors is seeking a driven and experienced Architectural Product Manager to join our team This role will be based in Cary NC with a focus on driving product specifications and sales across North Carolina South Carolina and Virginia

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet defined goalsIdentify and engage key decision makers within the A&D and construction communityDrive product specifications through architects developers and contractorsConduct impactful product presentations and technical overviews to prospective clientsBuild and strengthen relationships within the commercial architectural communityCollaborate internally to support product positioning and client needsManage pipeline activity and reporting across a multi state territory

Requirements Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of successful architectural sales experienceExisting relationships within the commercial architectural marketProven ability to identify and engage key influencers in the project design processProficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawingsStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independentlyDetail oriented with excellent communication and presentation abilities
