Formación

• 7+ years in an architectural firm or owner-side development group managing complex, large-scale projects.
• Bachelor of Architecture or related degree; Licensed Architect.
• Proactive coordinator who thrives in a collaborative, nimble team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architectural design and pre-construction workstreams from concept through construction documentation.
• Select, negotiate, and direct external architectural and engineering consultants.
• Review design phases (SD, DD, CD) for constructability, elegance, and financial alignment.
