Job summary

Cushing Terrell is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead the delivery of architectural and multidisciplinary projects in Montana and the surrounding region. You will oversee planning, coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and client communication from initiation through closeout, in collaboration with Principals, Project Architects, engineers, and consultants.

Based in Kalispell, this role may support projects across Montana and requires strong leadership, communication, and financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary architectural and engineering projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project financial management skills.
• Working knowledge of design and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Client management and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project planning, coordination, and execution from initiation to closeout.
• Budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Schedule management and milestone tracking.
• Team coordination with principals, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Quality management and risk mitigation.
• Resource planning and workload distribution.
• Clear accountability and status reporting.
